What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
If you would like a refund, please contact info@asofterheart.co.uk within 14 days. You then have another 14 days to return your item. A refund will then be issued within 14 days of receiving the item. All products must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
When will I get my order?
Please allow 1-2 working days for processing prints and 5-7 working days for paintings.
You can see the estimated courier shipping times at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping for all orders are free! If you would like to receive your order faster than the standard shipping, you can choose an alternative shipping method at checkout.
